300ml Plain yoghurt
2 Green chillies, deseeded
2 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
3 Cloves garlic
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Garam Masala, recipe here
2 tsp Vinegar
2 tsp Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp Red food colouring
1/2 tsp Yellow food colouring
Put yoghurt, green chillies, ginger and garlic into blender and blend until smooth.
Empty into a bowl and add all remaining ingredients. Whisk until glossy.
