Tonkatsu Sauce

Tonkatsu sauce is always served with tonkatsu pork



1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
80ml tomato sauce
1 tsp light soy sauce
2 tbsps sake
1 tsp japanese mustard (you can use english)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

How simple is that? Any leftover sauce keeps for ages in a screw top jar in the frigde too.
