This looks delicious---I love the bright and sunny color, especially with the saffron rice. ;-)

This looks awesome! Do you know if you can make the pinchitos spice mix from scratch at home?

Thanks :)

Hi balleindianfood. I buy the spice mix because it's so cheap here. But, yes, you can make it at home. Just google pinchitos spice mix recipe & several options come up. Many thanks for stopping by.

Your pinchitos look muy rico! I do wish I had some of the spice to make it - I am not sure if they are available in Sydney - do you have any other suggestions?

Debs said...

Hi Trissa, thanks for stopping by. If not available in Sydney. Google, Pinchitos spice mix & many recipes appear to make your own.

If you do, please let me know how you enjoyed them.
